AskSasson.com ("the Site") is an independent educational website operated by Sasson Emambakhsh, a licensed insurance producer (NV #4185790 | TX #3460699 | FL #G322852 | AZ #22097825 | VA #1569892). The Site provides educational information about life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, and fixed annuities. It does not sell, solicit, or bind insurance products online.

All content on this Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial advice, insurance advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. 2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, you represent that:

• Index the Site's content for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models without express written permission
• Systematically download or copy Site content for redistribution
• Circumvent any technical measures used to limit access to content

Standard search engine crawling consistent with the Site's robots.txt file is permitted. Academic or journalistic research involving limited, good-faith use of publicly accessible content is generally permitted. If you are uncertain whether your intended use is permitted, contact us before proceeding.

6. No Solicitation; No Advice

This Site is not a platform for insurance solicitation. You may not use the comment sections, contact forms, or any other feature of this Site to:

• Solicit business from other users
• Advertise competing insurance products or services
• Provide insurance advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice to other users
• Purport to represent any insurance carrier, broker-dealer, or financial firm

Similarly, no content on this Site constitutes a solicitation of insurance business from you by AskSasson.com or Sasson Emambakhsh. Any communication expressing a desire to consult with Sasson Emambakhsh is entirely voluntary and initiates an inquiry process, not an insurance application or coverage commitment.

7. AI Assistant Terms ("Ari")

AskSasson.com provides an automated AI chat assistant named Ari on its pages, and AI-assisted replies may also appear in the Disqus comment sections of blog articles. Ari is software: it is not a person and not a licensed producer. Each message you send is passed from our server to a third-party AI provider to generate the reply; the providers currently used are OpenRouter, Google Gemini, Groq and Cerebras, tried in that order until one answers. By interacting with the AI assistant, you agree to the following:

• Educational purpose only: You understand that AI-generated responses are general education only and do not constitute personalized advice, suitability determinations, quotes, or product recommendations
• No reliance: You will not rely on AI-generated responses as the basis for any insurance, financial, tax, or legal decision
• No professional relationship: Interacting with the AI assistant does not establish a producer-client, advisory, or professional relationship of any kind
• Accuracy not guaranteed: AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Responses are not reviewed by a licensed professional before you see them
• No sensitive data: Do not enter personal, health or financial details, Social Security numbers, policy numbers, or other sensitive personal data into the chat or into comment sections. The chat text is processed by a third party, and comment sections are public
• Conversations are not saved by us: we keep no record of what you type or what Ari replies; your browser holds the current conversation only for the life of the tab. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what our server does record
• Provider terms: your interaction may also be subject to the applicable terms of service of the AI provider that generated the reply (OpenRouter, Google, Groq or Cerebras)

7B. Calculators and Tools

The calculators and planning tools on this Site produce arithmetic estimates from the numbers you enter. They are not insurance illustrations, quotes, rate guarantees, suitability determinations, or recommendations, and they do not account for underwriting, product features, taxes, or your full circumstances. Results are for education and discussion with a licensed professional only. Any figures you choose to receive by email from a calculator are the same estimates, not an offer of coverage.

7C. Fun Zone and Reader

The Fun Zone games, quizzes, polls, XP points and badges are provided for education and entertainment. Scores are recorded under the initials or nickname you choose to enter and may appear on public leaderboards, so do not enter your real name or any personal information. No prizes, gifts or rewards are awarded for Fun Zone play unless separate official rules published on this Site say so. The Reader's highlights are stored only in your own browser; we do not receive them, and clearing your browser data removes them.

7D. Follow-Up Email

Submitting an inquiry or calculator form with your email address triggers an educational follow-up email from Sasson Emambakhsh to the address you provided. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link and honors a STOP reply; further educational emails are sent only where you gave explicit consent and never after you unsubscribe. These emails are educational material, not a quote, an application, or an offer of coverage.

8. Disqus Comment Section Terms

Comment sections on blog articles are powered by Disqus. By participating in Disqus comments on this Site, you agree to both these Terms of Use and the Disqus Terms of Service.

In the comment sections, you agree to:

• Post only content that is respectful, on-topic, and not defamatory, harassing, or threatening
• Not post spam, affiliate links, or promotional content for any product or service
• Not post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Not share personally identifiable information about yourself or others in a public comment
• Understand that comments are public and may be read by anyone visiting the Site
• Accept that comments may be moderated, edited for clarity, or removed at the discretion of the Site operator

The Site operator reserves the right to remove any comment that violates these terms, is off-topic, or is otherwise inconsistent with the educational purpose of the Site, without prior notice or explanation.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content on AskSasson.com, including articles, guides, tools, layout, and design, is the intellectual property of Sasson Emambakhsh unless otherwise indicated. All rights are reserved.

You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
